About Me

Hi!

I do this work because I’m deeply moved by what it takes to change – especially the quietly brave kind. I’m continually inspired by people who are willing to look inward and gently question the fears, beliefs, and patterns that have kept them bound.

I know how much courage that requires. That’s why my way of working is not about fixing, forcing, leading or directing. It’s about creating the conditions where change can happen at a pace that feels possible. You set the direction and we start where you are. While insights can sometimes arrive suddenly, more often change unfolds slowly and non-linearly – and getting lost along the way isn’t a failure, it’s often where something important is found.

I care deeply about the people I work with. I’m warm and steady, and I will always be honest about what I’m noticing and hearing. I believe real therapeutic work needs both compassion and truth, and that its core is relational.

I’m a qualified and accredited psychotherapist, with integrative training that allows me to adapt my approach to each individual. I’m particularly influenced by person-centred psychotherapy, which holds that each of us has an innate capacity to grow and change when the right conditions are present. I’m also drawn to existential psychotherapy, which makes space for the bigger questions many of us wrestle with at different points in life – about meaning, identity and purpose.

Alongside psychotherapy, I’m also trained as a recovery coach, reflecting my particular passion for working with addiction and recovery. This work sits within a broader understanding of the patterns beneath addiction including shame, trauma, loss and disconnection.

At the heart of everything I do is a steady belief in the possibility of change – not as a dramatic transformation, but as a gradual loosening.

If and when you feel ready, I’m here to walk alongside you as that begins.
